While Ingrid was in class today, I spent the day driving up to the Skagit River and photographed eagles for work. It was a good time…but so cold. The sky was clear and the day wasn’t really that cold except for the wind as we cruised up the river at 30 knots.
It seems that the Upper Skagit Eagle Festival is in a few days, so we went up to do a story. The odd thing was that the peak eagle season is in December and since most of the salmon are gone now…so are most of the eagles. Thanks to Wayne. our guide, we found a few and even made some pics.
I’ll save the rest for later since were are watching a movie now.
