Joe Barrentine walked into my life in an minor way nearly a year ago when I sat in the Director of Photography’s office at the Spokesman-Review. At the time, I was a student and Starbucks Barista. I’d become aware of an opportunity at to get into the journalism world and was anxious to move into that field. Joe walked into the DOP’s office, we were introduced, and we moved on. In the next month, I traveled to Europe and moved from Spokane to Yakima. In August of last year I returned to Spokane to begin a part-time job at the Review. Once again, Joe popped his head through the doorway of the photo department and into my life.
Fast-forward through eight months of getting to know each other… And here we are today, planning our upcoming marriage. Yes, I’d say this is exciting!

Ingrid,
You look so beautiful and happy in all of your wedding photos. Jeanna and I were looking through them totally silent…you know we are rarely silent.: ). We were so happy, and so blessed to see you as you are. I am SO happy for you, and I cannot wait to meet the man that was lucky enough to win your heart.
Can you bring him over for ice cream “Riness style”? : ) What great memories! You are the best.
Can I have your address?? There are several around here that would like it. If you are so good as to share it with me, I will spread the love.
Love you girl!!
Stand on it,
Jill
